Hyper3D reconstructs a 3D model from a single photo, which means the style of the output follows the style already present in the source image rather than being applied afterward as a filter. A realistic photo of a physical object produces a realistic mesh with PBR-style shading, while a photo of a painted figure or illustrated character carries its cel-shaded banding and outlines straight through into the 3D result.
